What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative - Remote in arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or an exceptional one.
A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improve your product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
What You Bring to the Role
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product knowledge and ability to apply it to customer issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer experience and high-speed internet connection (at least 25mbps)
