Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, drive loyalty, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries

  • Understand and apply arenaflex policies and procedures to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Demonstrate a strong phone presence, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with customers
  • Achieve high satisfaction ratings on customer surveys, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing knowledge, and best practices to improve customer service delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues, escalating as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide informed solutions to customers

Training and Development

* Receive extensive paid training, up to 3 weeks in length, to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate starting at $17.00-$18.90, with opportunities to increase take-home pay through incentives and career progression

  • Top 75% of associates eligible for incentives, including bonuses and rewards
  • Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay and opportunities for advancement
  • Earn up to an additional $3.50/hour when working non-traditional hours
  • Bilingual skills compensated in the form of a 10% differential
