Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer service inquiries via telephone and/or email, resolving complex customer issues with ease and professionalism. You'll leverage your exceptional listening skills, diligence, and genuine desire to ensure that every customer experience is exceptional. By understanding the customers' needs and focusing on delivering tailored solutions, you'll provide a service experience that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service and resolving complex customer issues

  • Research requests regarding policy provisions, claim status, and procedures to provide accurate and timely responses
  • Efficiently process transactions and refer requests as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Enhance customer relationships using effective communication and empathy to build trust and accountability
  • Support service campaigns as required to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Navigate electronic systems to provide integrated responses to inquiries and ensure efficient issue resolution
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions, upholding arenaflex's high standards of customer service

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry

  • Flexible working schedule between 8:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work specific shifts and overtime as needed
  • Strong computer/keyboard skills, with proficiency in electronic systems and software applications
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Superb listening skills, with professional oral and written communication skills to build trust and accountability with customers
  • Empathetic communication style to understand and address customer concerns, with a passion for customer service and commitment to follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues

  • Experience in insurance or financial services, with a strong understanding of policy provisions, claim status, and procedures
  • Some college or professional certification, with a focus on customer service, business, or a related field
  • Ability to learn quickly and develop an understanding of arenaflex's products and services
