Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for daily communication with customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving critical customer support issues in a timely manner. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure customer requirements are met, and provide basic information about our homes and company processes and procedures to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through daily communication with customers, responding to inquiries or requests pertaining to service status, reporting, or general support needs.

  • Diagnose customers' needs and solve them at the same point of contact, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Provide basic information about our homes and company processes and procedures to our customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our services and policies.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure customer requirements are met, and resolve critical customer support issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving concepts to resolve complex customer issues, and provide creative solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service-related positions, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex customer issues.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-call volume work environment, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced skills preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.

  • Experience working in a call center-type environment, with a focus on customer service and support.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM software, with experience using tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
