Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - Chat Support to join our team. As a live chat assistant, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts via live chat and email. With full training provided, no previous experience is needed. This is a beginner-level live chat job that offers a great opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers as needed
- Utilize arenaflex's customer service software to track and resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer complaints
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
