Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. Responsibilities
* Oversee customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
- Collaborate with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Verify and send accurate invoices to customers, ensuring timely payment and resolution
- Run reports and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement, recommending changes to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals, driving continuous improvement and excellence
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience, with demonstrated accomplishments
- Proven attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, ensuring a safe and secure work environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
