Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving concerns, and providing empathetic support to our valued customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every interaction is a positive one, meeting our high standards for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Follow up with customers to resolve concerns and ensure that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Meet booking conversion, quality, and productivity goals for inbound calls, working closely with our team to achieve these objectives.
- Work accurately with close attention to detail, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, using strong verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
* Types 35 WPM or higher
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Computer and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to type, talk, and listen while moving between multiple computer screens
- High-quality internet bandwidth with the capability to plug into a modem
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual Spanish language skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

Benefits and Perks
* Competitive hourly rate of $15-$16 per hour
- $1 increase after approximately 90 days of service
- $50/month internet allowance

- Performance-based weekly bonuses of $45 to $350 per week, paid after training
