About the Job

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role in a food service or retail environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
