Your Role at arenaflex
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, concerns, and issues. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to find innovative solutions. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer experiences, meet sales objectives, and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.
Responsibilities
* Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Meet sales objectives as defined
Qualifications
* 6 months of customer service experience minimum
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- 6 months of sales experience minimum
- Able to work independently
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
- Superior negotiating skills
Work from Home Requirements
* Internet Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN + Proof of internet speed required + Clean and quiet workspace
