The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, handling a high volume of customer inquiries with ease and poise. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills will make all the difference in building trust and loyalty with our customers.

Life with arenaflex as a Customer Service Representative

* You'll be handling a busy day of customer inquiries, each one unique and requiring your attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• You'll be personalizing the experience for each caller, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and preferences.
• You'll be answering incoming calls, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers, including confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.
• You'll have the opportunity to advance across the entire arenaflex network, with a clear path for career growth and development.
• You'll be working a set schedule and structured day, with regular check-ins with your assigned supervisor to ensure you're meeting your goals and objectives.
• For bilingual specialists fluent in Spanish and English, there's an opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and provide support in their native language.

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting rate: $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years.

System Requirements

To ensure you're equipped to provide a great experience for our customers, we require the following system requirements:

• A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
• A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications.
• A high-speed internet connection, with satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services not permitted.

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
