Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate/Cashier at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately and promptly
  • Handling cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision while maintaining a balanced cash drawer
  • Assisting in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a well-presented store environment
  • Providing information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
  • Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area to promote a welcoming atmosphere
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy

Essential Qualifications
