Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering 40-50 inbound/outbound calls per day, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.
- Assisting customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information.
- Discussing arenaflex customer benefits, such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR.
- Assisting customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience.
- 6 months or more of call center experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Additional Details
* Hourly rate: $15.00 per hour.
- Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards.
- Must reside within 60 miles of the office location.
- Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training, complete with equipment and support.
- Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training.
- Hours of operation: Monday-Thursday, 7am-8pm; Friday, 7am-7pm; and Saturday, 8am-12pm.
