Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will shape the customer's experience. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and think critically will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with customers online and over the phone to answer customer questions, conduct follow-ups, and confirm appointments to best support the customer
- Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to best assist the customer
- Complete administrative tasks such as processing payments and updating information in our systems
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills
- Flexible work hours with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and speed of internet service)
- Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
