The Role

As a Customer Service and Operations Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals. You'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support and guidance to our clients as they navigate the complexities of retirement account consolidation. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring customers have a seamless experience with us, and you'll be instrumental in sharing customer feedback with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and provide personalized guidance on retirement account consolidation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to inform product development and strategic decision-making
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with FINRA regulations and other relevant standards

Requirements

* 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry

  • Experience working with FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7) is highly desirable
  • Strong interest in helping people achieve their financial goals and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools, including CRM software and other relevant technologies
  • Ability to work flexible hours if necessary to solve customers' problems and meet business objectives
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment or similar organization is a plus
