The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor / Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of success
- Knowledge of our industry and products, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
