Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote work-from-home basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Provide product information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
- Up-sell and cross-sell products and services as needed
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to listen actively and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
