Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining standard call volume as outlined in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Engaging in outbound calling when inbound call volume is low to maximize opportunities
- Assisting in achieving company and department KPIs
- Participating in training and utilizing tools and resources for professional growth
- Addressing customer concerns effectively, involving management as necessary
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred)
- Experience with common office hardware and software, including Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and dependability
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
