Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer experience and customer satisfaction
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of customer experience professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and data to inform customer experience strategies and initiatives
  • Experience with customer experience metrics and reporting, with the ability to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • A master's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
