Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty to our brand. Key Responsibilities

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications.
