Responsibilities:
As a Customer Check-out Attendant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering fast and friendly service to our customers during their checkout process. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers as they enter and exit the establishment with a warm reception
- Regulating financial exchanges with customers using cash registers and electronic devices
- Verifying prices of products, scanning them, receiving payment, and providing correct change
- Handing over receipts of payment, refunds, admission tokens, and coin conversions
- Resolving customer complaints by offering relevant information, guiding them to make informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions
- Maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria
- Scrutinizing balance sheets for any discrepancies and reporting them to designated personnel
Qualifications:
To succeed as a Customer Check-out Attendant at arenaflex, you'll need:
- An established track record of providing excellent customer service as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role
- Basic PC knowledge and experience with electronic devices such as cash registers and point of sale systems
