Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Cashier to join our remote team at arenaflex. As the face of our company culture, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Schedule appointments and collect vehicle and customer information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare and process R.O.'s, arrange towing and temporary transportation, and maintain automotive records.
  • Process customer invoices and payments, and complete customer appointment reminder process.
  • Stock parts and supplies, and maintain a clean and orderly customer service area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:

  • Light lifting (no more than 50 lbs.)
  • Basic data entry and computer skills
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive-friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Basic estimating knowledge and product knowledge
  • Quality focus, productivity, and a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Auto industry experience
  • Previous customer service or cashier experience
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and processes

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.50 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
