Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Data Entry & Business Insights, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data analysis, process optimization, and project management. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business data, identifying trends and patterns, and developing insights that inform business decisions. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, develop business cases, and manage projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and develop business cases to support implementation
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including project planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide insights and recommendations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and systems to support business operations
  • Provide training and support to business stakeholders on business intelligence tools and systems

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and systems, such as Power BI or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or related field

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in statistical analysis and data modeling
  • Experience with data visualization tools and systems, such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
  • Experience with business process improvement and re-engineering
  • Experience with data mining and predictive analytics
