Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative on our Remote Veterinary Assistance Team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to pet owners and veterinary facilities, handling prescription orders, and resolving customer issues. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and you'll be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription orders, resolve customer issues, and explain request requests.
- Examine and resolve issues to determine suitable solutions for the customer and center partners, and follow-up as necessary to resolve issues.
- Complete data entry of solutions into arenaflex's healthcare software.
- Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and request handling of veterinary pharmacy orders.
- Work with empathy, attention, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to customers and partners alike.
- Work with a willingness to learn and grow, and be open to feedback and coaching.
- Speak with veterinary facilities via telephone (and occasionally other stations) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts, so being thorough is essential.
- Expect a significant portion of the average business day to be outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts.
Requirements
* Exhibit exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
- Ability to perform multiple tasks (e.g., chat on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes).
- Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out enough to be noticed to detail.
- Capability with Microsoft Office.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Should be able to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable.
- Decisive reasoning abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization.
- Flexibility to move schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation by the specialty unit.
- Should be able to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive data.
- Should be able to pass a personal background check.
- Ability to appear for work on time and be committed to being your best.
