Job Summary

As a Work-from-Home Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work in a remote office setting, using your own PC and high-speed internet connection to access our state-of-the-art systems and tools. This is a seasonal, part-time position that offers a competitive salary and incentives for meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use our CRM system to track customer interactions and update records.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Telephone, landline or cell, required.
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type 40 wpm or higher.
