About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries via incoming email, chat, and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful and continued use of our flagship product, Service Autopilot, as the primary business management tool for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers via email and chat.
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Service Autopilot or similar business management tools.
