Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to customers
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers to deliver a memorable and delightful experience
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age
- A flexible schedule that allows you to work a full-time schedule
- A hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
- A noise/distraction-free home office environment
- A desk and an ergonomic chair
