Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Cashier and Remote Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, restocking merchandise, and assisting with other duties as needed. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding quickly to customer and associate needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner

- Assist with other duties as needed, such as receiving and stocking merchandise, and supporting other team members
- Engage in safe work practices and encourage others to do the same
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
