Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, agents, and agency staff while working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop knowledge of systems and application trainings associated with policy processing
- Respond to basic inquiries from agents, agency staff, and customers related to policies and accounts with supervision
- Attend training and obtain licenses to acquire skills needed to transition to next level
- Provide input on process improvement ideas for customer and agent support processes
- Follow procedures and continuous process improvement standard work
Essential Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated typing/keyboarding skills (30 wpm)
- Demonstrated experience with various PC software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, Outlook)
- Demonstrated math skills (multiplication, division, addition, subtraction)
- Must pass bilingual assessments in reading, understanding, writing, and conversing fluently in both Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications:
* Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred but not required
- Experience working in a customer service role in the insurance industry
