Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via live chat and social media, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying and converting sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving customer loyalty.
  • Working collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced English language skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work with multiple chats simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.
  • Proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, sales, marketing) is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
