Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via live chat and social media, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identifying and converting sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving customer loyalty.

Essential Qualifications
