Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Apple Customer Support (Remote) $25/Hour

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our remote team, working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights that drive business results.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and optimization through data-driven insights and recommendations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing complex data sets: Utilize your analytical skills to extract insights from large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
• Developing business cases: Create compelling business cases that outline opportunities for growth, cost savings, and process improvements, and present them to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Communicating complex ideas: Effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, using clear and concise language to drive business decisions.
• Driving process improvements: Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions and drive innovation.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, or a related field: A strong foundation in mathematics, economics, or a related field is essential for this role.

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field: A graduate degree in business administration or a related field is highly desirable.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis: Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong track record of driving business growth and optimization through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights that drive business results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills: The ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders, using clear and concise language to drive business decisions.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is highly desirable.
• Experience with Python and scripting languages: Experience with Python and scripting languages, such as R or MATLAB, is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Apple's products and services: Familiarity with Apple's products and services, including iOS, macOS, and iCloud, is highly desirable.

• Experience with data science and machine learning: Experience with data science and machine learning techniques, such as predictive modeling and natural language processing, is highly desirable.
• Certifications in business analysis or data science: Certifications in business analysis or data science, such as CBAP or Certified Data Scientist, are highly desirable.
