The Advanced and Direct Client Development Group
As a member of the Advanced and Direct Client Development Group, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives revenue growth through customer-centric strategies across various marketing channels. Your primary responsibility will be to support the development of our client site, focusing on latent site opportunities for our current card portfolio in the US. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven initiatives, leveraging your analytical and creative skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of strategically pitched, updated, and independent valuable cards, as well as loaning and banking products across the client site
- Manage the site channel for the buyer card portfolio to achieve acquisition goals across products
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth, working with partners to focus on and build feature enhancements to enable better client experiences and increase key engagement metrics
- Collaborate with analysis to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and enhance accordingly
- Support the development of the channel strategy, monthly reporting/discussion, and monthly re-forecasting process
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, communications)
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement
- Strong logical ability, with the capacity to make informed decisions and drive business growth
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in marketing, product development, or a related field
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
