Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting our Record Goal team by using your knowledge of our products, services, and systems to drive success. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, gather information, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Support Record Goal team by using knowledge of organization products, services, and systems to drive success
- Apply information while speaking with delinquent clients to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Look for ways to improve quality customer experience by gathering and arranging terms of reimbursement on outstanding record balances
- Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto dialer or direct dial system to determine reason for misconduct
- Receive guidance from managers and raise questions and complex issues to Record Goal team
- Connect with quick Record Goal team on fundamental Record Goal related information, as well as internal and external clients
Required Capabilities
* 3+ years of Record Goal, client contact, customer support, or sales climate experience, or comparable demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines
- Ability to listen and elicit information while exercising independent judgment to successfully identify and resolve issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while adjusting multiple needs in a structured yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center environment
- Ability to communicate with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of colleagues and management
- Ability to meet or exceed business objectives and targets, while cultivating a team environment
- Ability to work effectively in a structured yet adaptable, flexible, and changing call center environment
- Ability to work independently in a team environment and across all hierarchical levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essential
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens while handling the phone
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and precision
- Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry
- Military experience in personnel administration, handling military workforce requests or changes, wartime status tasks, HR, or military recruiting
- Military knowledge or research experience including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management
- Experience working with military regulations and directives, enrolled assessments, official/authoritative reporting, and assistance with keeping military staff battle-ready and effective
