Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote data entry role. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, while also performing data entry tasks to support our operations. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while also having the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilize arenaflex's solution information passage techniques and rules processes new understanding enrollment by entering information into proper framework.
- Handles patient medicine demands inside HIPAA rules and enters top-off orders for handling.
- Investigates to acquire missing remedy data, and deciphers clinical truncations (SIG codes).
- Settle all information passages related to special cases.
- Handles correspondence to patients (inbound calls, talks, messages) and settles outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.

Essential Qualifications
