Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinical research and development team by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets. You will work closely with our team of experts to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business decisions and improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
* Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources, including in-house information resources and authorized stages
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business questions and improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with our clinical research and development team to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Clean, transform, and store data into a coordinated data lake for future analysis and group utilization
- Perform data mining and statistical analysis to break down RWE/RWD and identify new insights into patient populations and treatment results
- Develop and maintain dashboards, analysis, and reports for internal and external use
- Conduct quality evaluations of new true data suppliers and drive RWD quality evaluations to inform investment decisions
Essential Capabilities
* Experience in designing and executing strong and reproducible statistical analyses with regards to epidemiology and observational research with healthcare data
- Knowledge of common statistical testing methods, including generalized linear models, regression and classification, decision trees, machine learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis
- Experience handling large datasets from various sources
- Experience handling protected patient health information
- Knowledge of at least one of the following: R, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI analytics tools
Preferred Capabilities
* PhD, Graduate degree in statistics/biostatistics, computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, or related field
- Mastery in EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets
- Skill in clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode)
- Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) as well as regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR)
- Experience working on alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology stages or solutions
- Experience with experimental design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics
