Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, drive sales, and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling voids, returns, and exchanges as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex standards
• Build and maintain displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional displays
• Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and restocking
• Provide support with photo services, including digital ID photo services and banner printing
• Take on web order responsibilities, including processing orders and delivering packages to customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming store environment
• Adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months of experience in a retail environment

• Previous experience with arenaflex or a similar company
• Familiarity with arenaflex systems and store hardware
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams
• Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

• Familiarity with arenaflex systems and store hardware (desired)
