Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Pharmacy, Retail, and FOS, to improve current Data monetization products and develop new ones
  • Establishing and maintaining information governance and control strategies across the organization, working with various lines of business to bolster Data Monetization products
  • Providing Retail Strategy team settlement management strategies and analytics to ensure implementation and control of business terms, including core analytics related to pharmaceutical producer service agreements
  • Supporting business relationships with current and new Data product/offering customers by performing as a Data SME and participating with various internal groups, including IT
  • Participating in and/or contributing to regulatory or contractual audits with data evaluation as a SME
  • Participating in RFP responses and Statements of Work (SOW) for new contracts as a SME
  • Working in a matrix environment to provide shared responsibility for pharmaceutical producer relationships with Purchasing, National Account Management, and Specialty Pharmacy
  • Managing channel section business and profitability effectively
  • Developing and maintaining strong business relationships while communicating Walgreens' needs concerning pharmaceuticals, trade, specialty, application/product development, account management, and clinical services
  • Accountable for a cross-functional management function across Walgreens to create line of sight and synergies, including but not limited to Pharmacy Services, Store Operations, and Specialty
  • Supporting new business development by providing application design and methodology information to create proposals for new services, as well as reporting/analytical capabilities
  • Coordinating and controlling activities, plans, and programs in place of responsibility
  • Advising on various Data Monetization projects and initiatives (current or future) to ensure that any data-related changes and dependencies are identified, communicated, documented, and controlled to ensure adherence with contractual requirements and Enterprise Data Governance standards
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing personnel through orientation, training, and performance management programs to build employee morale, motivation, and loyalty
  • Leading delivery and guidance of existing and new Analytics products, including but not limited to Inroads in collaboration with outside vendors to provide data and insights to Pharma, Payer, Health System partners
  • Defining and partnering closely with the IT team to develop and monitor metrics that affect current contractual Data shipping services and analytics products
  • Operating within organizational policies with respect to policies, procedures, budgets, and relevant laws, ensuring the development and implementation of approved producer partner services are consistent with standard strategy

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the implementation of programs of financial or operational importance in a producer or healthcare services environment

  • At least 4 years of experience with the design, documentation, and implementation of service programs of financial or operational importance
  • At least 3 years of experience working with multiple disciplines, defining and gaining concurrence/accountabilities of project activities
  • Experience participating with both internal and external sources to develop strategies that meet business and organizational needs within budget and established timelines
  • Experience in identifying service/operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions to problems
  • Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and managing resources to result in the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals)
  • Experience in application management and analytics of producer programs for Specialty Pharmacy services
  • At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
  • At least 3 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team management
  • Willing to travel up to at least 20% of the time for business purposes (within country and out of country)
