Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
• Registering customer transactions, handling returns, exchanges, and voids
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including counters and stock areas
• Developing and maintaining displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional displays
• Assisting with the detachment of food items and product placement
• Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo services and banner printing
• Taking on web order responsibilities, including screening orders and fulfilling requests
• Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude, adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Completing special tasks and projects as assigned

Client Experience

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and memorable customer experience. This includes:

• Greeting customers and offering assistance with products and services
• Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience
• Modeling and promoting customer service best practices with colleagues

Activities

• Providing customers with respectful, friendly, quick, and efficient service
• Recommending products and suggesting upgrades and complementary items
• Registering customer transactions, collecting cash, and dispensing change
• Maintaining counters and stock areas, taking stock, and keeping records
• Carrying out organizational resource protection methods to identify and prevent loss
• Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items

Preparation and Self-Awareness

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be expected to:

• Attend training and complete PPLs as assigned by management or corporate
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges

Fundamental Capabilities

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• To be conversant in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
• To be willing to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment

• Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
