Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing transactions, and performing other tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns, and processing exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and performing other tasks as assigned
- Promote arenaflex products and services, including special promotions, sales, and events
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* 2-3 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Previous experience working with arenaflex products and services
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
