Job Summary
As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our data management and analysis efforts. You'll work closely with our IT and investigation teams to design and implement data foundation conditions that enable report automation for our Medical services Quality Improvement program. This is a remote position, and we're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our IT and investigation teams to execute and maintain data foundation conditions that enable report automation for our Medical services Quality Improvement program
- Supervise the delivery of Walgreens Health data and insights drives and projects, ensuring long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing exercises meet Walgreens Health reporting and analysis expectations
- Plan, create, and deliver layered data bases and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects
- Develop data arranging and pre-handling norms for populating consistent and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements
- Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from various internal Walgreens production system sources and external records
- Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records)
- Create internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.)
Essential Capabilities
* Verifiable, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts
- Experience designing and delivering reasonably isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Snowflake, Databricks, or Sky blue Information Plant
- Experience providing idea management and presenting device rationalist semantic information layer upgrades connected with BI innovation stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
- No less than 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management
- Ability to travel up to/no less than 5% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
