Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, data entry, and business operations expertise to drive success across the organization. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping

  • Analyze complex data to identify trends, develop insights, and inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to drive process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners
  • Provide training and support to less senior colleagues to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains competitive and innovative

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree and at least 6 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, clients, and vendors) stakeholders to develop processes that meet division objectives within budget and timelines
  • Experience creating key drivers that align with business objectives and budget
  • Experience identifying functional issues and prescribing and implementing solutions to resolve issues
  • Experience driving cross-functional teams
  • Experience communicating at the leadership level
  • Experience overseeing client-facing programs
  • At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
  • At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team management experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Four-year degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Systems

  • Graduate degree/MBA
  • Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.)
  • Experience with system implementation (e.g., Professionals, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.)
  • Experience using business intelligence tools alongside data analysis (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, etc.)
  • Certified as a Salesforce administrator or developer
  • Experience in training, tutoring, and mentoring less senior colleagues
  • Experience planning and executing financial models alongside complex business initiatives
  • Experience communicating with leadership-level authority both internally and to client associations
  • Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and overseeing resources to achieve the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals)
  • Experience with systems, such as Cure and GIS-like
  • Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts
  • At least 3 years working in a data center/business intelligence/decision support network environment or at least 2 years of IT experience
