Job Overview

Your primary goal will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist members with their healthcare-related needs in a timely and efficient manner. You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex members through virtual channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist members with their healthcare-related needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as claims, billing, and customer service, to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including documentation of issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and industry knowledge to effectively address member inquiries and provide informed solutions.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college or related experience preferred.
