Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to live chat inquiries on arenaflex's website or social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
- Handling customer support queries concerning returns, re-ordering, and other common issues with empathy and expertise
- Collaborating effectively across channels to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
- Providing accurate and concise information to customers, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with arenaflex's services and offerings
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Key Skills and Qualifications

Communication skills:
