Job Summary

As a Wireless Customer Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, upgrades, or service adjustments with their wireless products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service during the entire enrollment process, answer questions, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage customers in direct sales presentations to enroll them in new services or upgrade their current ones

  • Ask questions to better understand customers' needs and provide the best solutions
  • Process orders, upgrades, and service changes accurately and efficiently
  • Educate customers about new products, promotions, and service options to enhance their experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system

Qualifications
