Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative – Entry Level at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests
- Maintaining accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries
- Coordinating scheduling for travel consultations and managing the calendar for the agency
- Processing payments, issuing invoices, and tracking client accounts
- Supporting the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases
- Researching travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients' needs
- Working closely with the travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
