Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, generating retail sales, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and exceed their expectations. Responsibilities
* Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand arenaflex's network.
- Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
- Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
- Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed solutions to customers.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- One or more years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet sales targets.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
- Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- Experience working in a commission-based environment, demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, and customer service experience are highly desirable.
Benefits and Compensation
* Competitive salary range of $43,000-$56,000, consisting of both base pay and team-based commission, as well as the chance to receive individual incentives.
