Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their issues

- Utilize knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Ability to work with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training
- Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
- Ability to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality industries
- Four-year degree in a related field
- Knowledge of airline operations, customer service software, and CRM systems
