Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Team Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer support professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll drive standard work and key KPIs with a focus on continuous improvement and lean processes, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy. You'll communicate with stakeholders of all levels across the organization to align and drive Technical Support execution, and use your judgment to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated issues with technical variety and/or interdependent components.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer support professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Drive standard work and key KPIs with a focus on continuous improvement and lean processes
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy
  • Communicate with stakeholders of all levels across the organization to align and drive Technical Support execution
  • Use judgment to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated issues with technical variety and/or interdependent components
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, leading small projects with low risks and resource requirements
  • Explain information, developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within the field
  • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced experience in the Services & Digital Customer Support Engineering (comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, both technical and personnel related
  • Ability to document, plan, and execute programs
  • Ability to effectively lead a team of remote, global, individuals of varying levels of experience

Compensation and Perks

arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Salary range: $114,400.00 - $143,000.00
  • Variable incentive compensation bonus
