Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in engaging with passengers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues related to travel bookings, flight information, baggage, and more. Your responsibilities will include: -

Provide real-time flight information, including delays, cancellations, and boarding procedures. -

Baggage Handling:

Assist with baggage-related inquiries, tracking, and claims. -

Customer Feedback:

Gather and document passenger feedback to help improve our services continually.
