Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing queries and concerns related to flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Assisting customers with baggage policies, seating arrangements, and loyalty programs
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline customer service processes and improve overall customer experience
  • Utilizing CRM systems to document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Handling high volumes of customer calls and messages with professionalism and courtesy

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll report to the Remote Customer Service Team Leader and engage in daily briefings and debriefings over virtual platforms. You'll use company-provided technology tools to maintain communication and manage tasks, ensuring seamless collaboration with your team.
