Role Overview

As a Senior Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat channels. You'll work closely with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience, resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues as needed. Your primary goal will be to deliver accurate and timely information to customers, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Proficiency in typing and computer skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
